Fish Market

After some time visiting DC we decided to head to the fish market for dinner. It was a BLAST this Dotson group LOVES seafood!

Marine core half Marathon

One of the things i love about Ryan the most is his ability to set goals, then with hard work, and achieve those goals. This weekend with an extra large cheering section (Ryan's brothers and Nicole) he ran the Marine core half. He placed from over 7000 participants in 18th overall. He also placed 3rd in his age group. We are hoping he placed well in the active duty category. One step closer to his goal of placing very high at the Air Force marathon.

Great job Ryan!!!!

School....

School is out now and i want to give the blogging thing another shot. What have we been up to?

SCHOOL
                 Ryan- is doing well he is getting more confident in his language skills. Almost 4 months and he is done. We still don't know when or where we are going but we should know sometime soon.

                Becky- this semester was fun and hard for me. I took an anthropology class and really did well in it. It reaffirmed my love for history and people and their culture, I know i made the right decision for me. I took biology which i didn't like, lol, but at least its over!

                Summer- she loves math, science and history and excels in those BUT she dislikes reading which was a surprise to me because she LOVES books she just hates reading?!? But i have to remind myself she is only 5 years old and by far the youngest in her class, it will come in time.

               Millie - no she doesn't go to school but she is learning alot and insists on carrying a backpack every morning..
