At 430 on Memorial Day morning we woke up, loaded up and drove to Eglin AFB to participate in the Gate to gate 4 mile run. We had many friends participating and I offered to watch kids so they could not push the double stroller. So with 6 kids we cheered on the moms and dads!!!
Ryan placed 40th and in such a short race that was a good finish for him!!! (really bad timing on this pic Ryan is the guy in back)
Next Millie participated in her FIRST run!!! Half a mile in 5 min 50 sec!!!! You were supposed to be 5 yrs but Millie wanted to give it a go she did amazing!!!!!!!
Finally came Summers run! She was the 3rd girls finisher in the 7 to 9 age group her mile time was 10 minutes!! This is the first time Ryan has got to run with the girls during a race it was special for him!!! (bad pic again I was having an off day)
